Q. How many guests can you accommodate?
A. Wedding receptions we can accommodate up to 300 guests, proms and other events we can accommodate up to 400. Please speak with a consultant if you have any special requests.
Q. What is the hall rental?
A. $700.00 for Saturday events, $500.00 for Friday and Sunday events. Weekday event prices vary according to size and needs.
Q. What does the hall rental include?
A. Hall rental will include set up of the hall, linens, glassware, silverware, china, and the clean up.
Q. What deposit is required?
A. We require a $700.00 deposit.
Q. How long do we have the hall for?
A. The hall is booked for 6 hours. There is an extra charge for more time.
Q. Is your catering on site?
A. Yes, all our meals are prepared here by our chefs.
Q. Can we bring in our own food?
A. No, we require that all catering be through our service.
Q. Are your menus set, or can they be modified?
A. Niko's welcomes all modifications to the menus, we can arrange any type of menu and price it out from your selections.
Q. What happens in the event of a cancellation?
A. In the event of a cancellation, the hall deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less that 60 days results in a fee. All payments are final with no refunds
Q. Are you licensed and insured?
A. Yes, Niko's Landing is fully insured and we have our liquor license. Any alcohol that you consume at Niko's Landing must be purchased through Niko's Landing.
Q. Do you have bartender fees?
A. You will not be charged bartender fees if you purchase a bar package. If there is a cash bar there will be a bartender fee.
Q. Can we bring in our own cake?
A. Yes
Q. Are you a non-smoking facility?
A. Yes Niko's Landing is smoke free. We do have patios that guests are able to use to smoke.
Q. Does our decorating time count towards our reception time?
A. No, you are more than welcome to decorate when Niko's is available and it won't count towards your time.
Q. Is there a cake cutting fee?
A. No -- Niko's will complimentary cut your cake for you.
Q. Do you have air conditioning?
A. Yes
Q. Are you handicap accessible?
A. Yes
Q. Do you have a service charge?
A. Yes, buffet style menu's are an additional 18% service charge and table service menu's are 23%. This is added to the food and beverages.
