How many guests can you accommodate? Up to 300
What is the hall rental? Saturday events: $850.00 for five hours rental time. Friday & Sunday are $500.00 per five hours, and any events during the week M-TR are priced on size and needs.
What does the hall rental include? Hall rental will include step-by-step guidance from our established bridal/banquet consultants, set up of the hall, linen napkins, linen tablecloths, glassware, silverware, china, centerpieces (glass bowls and mirrors), cake cutting, slideshow screen, wireless microphone, and the clean-up.
Do you host ceremonies? Yes, we can do indoor ceremonies for up to 185 guests, and outdoor for up to 250. Please inquire about pricing.
What deposit is required? Saturday events we require an $850.00 deposit, Friday’s and Sunday’s are $500.00.
Is there a minimum? Yes, Niko’s Landing has set minimums in place for in-season and off-season rental dates. Please see our policy sheet or inquire with our event coordinators for more information.
How long do we have the hall for? The hall is booked for 5 hours. There is an extra charge for additional time of $200.00/hr.
Is your catering on site? Yes, all food is to be done by Niko’s Landing Banquet Center. You are allowed to bring in your wedding cake/cupcakes from a licensed vendor.
Are your menus set, or can they be modified? Niko’s Landing has designed the menu’s to make it simple and easy to custom create your own unique reception menu.
What happens in the event of a cancellation? In the event of cancellation we will refund your deposit only if we re-book your cancelled date. For events cancelled within 60 days of event date, please see our policy sheet.
